Revolutionizing cancer treatment by modulating aggressive tumor cell behavior

Tumor Heterogeneity – a Problem and Opportunity

Inter-tumor heterogeneity: Differences between patients’ tumors have enabled biomarker driven, targeted and immune based treatments that transformed cancer therapy. Still, many cancers remain incurable.
Intra-tumor heterogeneity: Cell to cell variability within a single tumor can drive adaptation, treatment evasion, and relapse. This diversity also creates a powerful, untapped therapeutic opportunity to develop approaches that leverage the variability within each tumor.

Cell States

Within an individual tumor, cells exist in diverse states, capturing the majority of the intra-tumor heterogeneity.

Cell State Modulation

An integrated computational and experimental approach enables us to design therapies that switch cells from aggressive to favorable states.
